We have no lack of will to do good on the planet. Many people are motivated to try and create better futures. But projects lack resources and people are flooded with information. Our current systems for collaboration tend to accrue power to themselves, resulting in misaligned incentives, wasted resources, and dynamics that bring success to the successful.
As a heads-up, open-hearted cooperative, our services use teaming and systems approaches to help people self-organize and share strategies. We are also building collaboration software to support strategic change.
Imagination and common sense-making are tools we use to expand our capacity for strategic impact. We work together to address challenges that threaten human and planetary health.

We’re looking for teammates with these skills: design, front end or full-stack software development, marketing and communications, coop operations and finance, and are open to other proposals. Please get in touch if you’re interested in co-creating a worker-owned coop with us. We practice the ICA's widely accepted seven cooperative principles.
